Show Up Ready

Your booking window starts when it starts. Load-in counts toward your time. Plan accordingly.

Leave It Clean

Trash bagged. Everything out. If we have to clean up after you, it’s a minimum $75 fee — no exceptions.

Cancellations

Full refund 72+ hrs out. 50% refund 24–72 hrs out. No refund under 24 hrs.

The Space Is Raw

Unfinished concrete floors. Industrial warehouse. No alterations, no open flames, no permanent modifications.

Everything you shoot here is yours. We may ask to share BTS — always your call to say no.
