B4P Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of studio and event space at Built4Pressure Studio ("B4P Studio"), located in Brandon, FL. By completing a booking, you ("Renter") agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • B4P Studio reserves the right to cancel any booking with a full refund if the space becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 72 hours before booking: Full refund.
  • 24-72 hours before booking: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before booking: No refund.
  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability.

3. Space Use

  • The rented space is available only during the booked time window. Early access and overtime are not guaranteed and may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • Renter agrees to use the space only for lawful purposes.
  • No alterations, painting, drilling, or permanent modifications to the space are permitted.
  • Smoking, open flames, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

4. Cleanup Requirement

  • Renter is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in designated areas.
  • All personal items, equipment, and props must be removed by the end of the booking window.
  • Failure to properly clean and restore the space will result in a minimum $75 cleanup fee, charged to the card on file. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional charges at our discretion.
  • B4P Studio staff will inspect the space at the conclusion of each booking.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, furniture, or property caused by Renter, guests, or vendors during the booking period.
  • Damage will be assessed and billed at replacement or repair cost.
  • B4P Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to Renter or their guests.

6. Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By booking this space, Renter, on behalf of themselves and all guests, vendors, and personnel they bring onto the premises, hereby:

  • Releases and holds harmless Built4Pressure, its owners, staff, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to Renter's use of the studio space, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or accident;
  • Acknowledges that B4P Studio is an industrial warehouse space with unfinished concrete floors and that Renter assumes all risks associated with the condition of the premises;
  • Agrees to indemnify and defend Built4Pressure against any third-party claims arising from Renter's use of the space.

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Right to Refuse & Remove

B4P Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund if Renter or their guests violate these Terms, engage in disruptive or illegal behavior, or cause damage to the property.

8. Photography & Content

Content produced at B4P Studio is owned by the Renter. B4P Studio may request permission to share behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes; Renter may decline at any time.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
